ACCOUNTABILITY MIRROR

Accountability means being brutally honest with yourself while standing in front of a mirror.

Accountability can be a form of suffering because, being honest with ourselves doesn’t always come easy for everyone.

We all have a basic impulse to be right which means going against our programing and admitting we were wrong, or admitting a need to change. X,Y or Z

.

Remember no one can do your running for you

“When you look in the mirror that’s the one person you can’t lie to.” David Goggin’s

Question: What do you want to change about yourself or your running? 🏃‍♂️

Use post-it 🟨 notes 📝 on your mirror and write ✏️ down one thing every day you’re not happy about yourself or your running, and vow change it by taking action 🏃‍♀️

Then make yourself accountable by fixing and changing that aspect of yourself or your running 🏃‍♂️

Don’t take down the post-it 🟨 note’s 📝 until you have changed the aspect of yourself you’re not happy with or want to improve

The act of taking control of the things in life or running that you want to change will give you a greater insight into yourself as a runner and also as a person 🏃‍♀️

This will build up your self esteem and confidence as you start to grow personally, and develop your character as a self actualised runner 🏃‍♀️

Mantra; When I look in the mirror I see the one person I can’t lie to

To your success
